Kanda coordinates real estate acquisition, project management and the work of independent professionals for our clients. We may acquire property for our own account or with partners.
3. Not legal, tax or investment advice.
Kanda is not a law firm, accounting firm, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser or insurance agency. Content on this site is general information. Legal, tax and insurance services are provided by independent licensed professionals, who are responsible for their own advice.
4. Referral compensation.
We may receive compensation from lenders, insurance specialists or other professionals we introduce. We will tell you before you engage them.
5. No offer.
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy, sell or invest. Any engagement or transaction requires a separate written agreement.
6. Your information.
You agree that the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.
7. Links to our other services.
The Kanda Marketplace and Partner Portal have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

We do business without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
