This Privacy Policy explains how Startup Hive LLC, a Georgia limited liability company that operates Kanda Asset Strategies ("Kanda," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information on kandahq.com and when we correspond with you about your inquiry.
1. Information we collect.
When you send a request: your name, email, phone number if you give one, where you live, where you are headed, the services you are interested in, your timeline, and any message. A record of your consent to be contacted (the wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser). When we work together: notes from our conversations and the documents you choose to share. Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure. [Confirm before launch: name any analytics added to the site.]
2. How we use it.
To reply to your request and prepare for our conversation; to coordinate the professionals you ask us to involve; to keep records required by law; and to protect our site and business. We do not send you marketing email unless you ask for it.
3. When we share information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with service providers that run our systems (website hosting by Lovable, database by Supabase, automation by n8n, email by Resend); with the attorneys, CPAs, lenders, insurance specialists or other professionals you ask us to introduce, and only what they need; with a closing attorney or title company for a transaction you agree to; and when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. International visitors.
Our systems are in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
5. How long we keep it.
Inquiry records: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Consent records and signed agreements: at least 7 years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner unless we must keep it by law.
6. Your choices.
Ask us to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete your information, by replying to any email from us or by writing to the address below.
7. Confidentiality.
We treat what you tell us about your assets, family and plans as confidential and limit access to the people working on your request.
8. Children.
This site is for adults 18 and older.
9. Changes.
We will post any update here with its effective date.
